Dear Parents/Guardians,
We give glory to God
for seeing us through to the end of the term. We appreciate you for your
understanding, co-operation and support.
We also use this medium
to bring to your notice the following:
RESUMPTION
Next term begins on
Tuesday, 22nd April, 2024.
Parents/Guardians are advised to send their children/wards back to school on
the day of resumption for academic activities which will begin immediately.
Please note that any learner who fails to
resume within the first 2weeks of resumption would be deemed to have
dropped-out of the school and may lose his/her admission status. Parents should
notify the school of any reason(s) why their child(ren)/ward(s) would not
resume within the first 2 weeks in order to secure their admission status.
SCHOOL
FEES & MODE OF PAYMENT
School fees slips have
been attached to the result sheets of every child/ward and it is expected that
you make full payment of fees at the designated bank on or before resumption (Monday 22nd April, 2024). Duplicate
tellers/Bank Printouts are to be returned to the school accounts office and
school official receipts collected.
Please
note that fees check would begin on the day of resumption.
SPEECH
& PRIZE-GIVING DAY
Graduating students of Nur.1 are to pay the sum
of N3,000 each, while students of
all other classes will pay N1,000
each.
These amounts have been added to the school
fees tellers of your children/wards.
BUS
SERVICES (optional):
This service costs N12,000.00 only per child per term. Payment
of Bus fees is to be made at least one week before resumption, as only children
who have paid would be picked up by the school bus.
(Note that this amount
may be higher depending on the distance from the school).
SCHOOL
UNIFORM/CARDIGAN/SPORTSWEAR
Children / wards are
expected to have at least a pair of uniform each. Uniform is available in the
school; any form of tampering with the design of the uniform/material will not
be tolerated.
Also, students who do
not have the school cardigan and/or sportswear are expected to obtain them by
next term.
We also reiterate that
the approved school footwear is black flat-sole shoe/sandals and not canvass or
shoes of other colours.
INCOMPLETE REGISTRATION
Some learners are yet
to complete their registration as they still have outstanding requirements to
be met. Endeavour to make sure that all such requirements (A4 Paper, Transfer Certificate, Primary Certificate, Testimonials, JSCE
results etc.) are submitted to the school at resumption of 3rd term.
PUNCTUALITY/SECURITY
We implore parents to send their children to
school early – they are expected to be in school by 7:30am – as the school gate will be closed by 8:00am each day against late-comers.
Parents/Guardians especially of pupils in the
Nursery and Primary section are advised to ensure that their children/wards are
dropped within the school premises in the morning and picked from school after
closing by a known person or relative introduced to the school.
Penalties
for lateness in picking up children after closing hours (from 30 minutes to
1hour – N500/child & beyond 1 hour – N1,000/child; up to and above 2 hours
– N1,500/child) are still in place as earlier communicated to you.
